Welp, I looked at it tonight again. The frame on this one is straight, the suspension bits look good, and engine compression was between 185-210.
So I left him a deposit
I'll be doing the loan thing with the bank first thing in the morning, so I should be ready to go get it as soon as I'm back from VIR
