Also, if I have forgotten anyone, please let me know as I am getting swamped with details at this point and trying to keep my head above water!

Peter Denbigh (Fri, Sat, Sun)
Brian Maeng (Sat, Sun and possibly Friday eve)
Jack Hirsch (Sat only)
John Chapin (Sat, Sun)
Jess Chapin (Sat, Sun)

(And of course Matt and Kaan)

For hotel rooms at Shoney's, there are two rooms to be split between 6 people: (Rex, Julie, Andy, Peter, Brian and Jack if he is coming Fri nite)

I have put these names on the rooms:

Peter Denbigh

I will post everyone's schedule early in the week and also send e-mails to people with their schedules. Thanks for coming to help at this event.....it should really be a lot of fun!
Also, please keep your fingers crossed that Dennis stays far, far away. :roll:
