Just don't use RTV when you put the case back together

You have to, otherwise it wont seal. Hondabond specifically, but permatex ultra grey will work too.

Wrong, use a non-anaerobic sealant (its red and only seals where there is a lack of air.) RTV will become lodged in fluid passages throughout the transmission - I have seen many SHO transmissions ruined after a LSD install because RTV was used to seal the case.
