Keep it as a track car, IMO.
If you ever wanted to track the s2k, it needs a rollbar..... and right now there is only one company selling them and they are in the middle of a redesign, so who knows when that will happen - apparently its a royal pain in the ass to get one to fit properly in the car.
Having the e30 to track will be fun - its light, easy on equipment and readily disposable.
