Keith I'd say your project idea is pretty good, I'd just recommend that you get a car that is not falling apart at the time of purchase. You might have to pay maybe $1k more but you'll end up having a much better experience. At the very least make sure the engine and tranny are fine for daily work and that it doesn't have any rust. true that... i was willing to pay more than i was expecting for a 240 donor because the car was so nice.. low miles. spend a few hundred more but not i got a nice overall car that i dont have to worry about fixin up. WELL WORTH THE EXTRA CASH
