Certainly not much. Pick up a cf hood (or fiberglass), get both bumpers and that painted... Probably a few hundred.
The way I looked at cars, if they look like shit they generally are. I got a mint condition hatch with a motor and some other minor things done for $4k. All you have to do is look and be patient.
