was reading a few posts and somebody made a very good point. From the appearance, that car was in no way safely prepared to travel 150+ mph. I don't see any harnesses, roll bar, cage, anything. It looks to be a bone stock GT. I got a little creeped out when I peg the speedo of the 240 at VIR. And that was only 110. Tack on another 50mph and I bet it feels like you are about to hit warp speed. Although it is a very sad occurrence and truly unfortuneate to lose another brother-in-arms who shares our passions, I would say that car and its driver were not prepared for the rigors it was enduring.
