The thing with boost an engine like the B18B is that you'd have to be pretty conservative and make sure you boosted it properly (proper wastegaste, intercooler, oil cooler) if you wanted it to last. Its certainly not a stupid idea but more work that Mikey wants to do I imagine. Besides, VTAK ownz.
I dont see any other way to boost ANY car other than to do it properly. The idea that those might cost a bit of money is valid, however to gain 30 hp NA is also going to cost a bit I would think.
