RJ and Evans Catch Cans are done

Quote:I don't feel like looking it up on the web to figure it out, so tell me why you would rather have an oil catch can rather than piping the oil vapors back into the intake? Is that what you're doing? Taking that hose from the valve cover and running it into a can instead? Sounds maybe like you're doing more and I'm missing something. What do you then do with these precious drops of finely distilled oil? Drizzle on cheesecake?

Air from the PCV (positive crankcase ventilation) system routes air from the engine back into the intake. A catchcan catches the oil and is might helpful because oil in your intake is the devil, especially on a turbocharged vehicle where it can gunk up the intercooler. It'll also leave residue on the throttlebody and intake manifold.

Kaan, those are looking excellent. Powdercoat mine blue and have to it to me before the show!
