NASA membership = cheep wheels

A friend in the rim business pointed out to me today that the rims they are selling are most likely blems. When you order you call the factory (there is an extension to a rep on NASA's website) and order from them. All of those deep discount outlets online sell blems. He was telling me there was a blowout of Konig "Verdict" wheels about a year ago, wheels and tires for 1100 (normally 2000 something)...all those were factory rejects but no one was ever told. But hell, for track rims it doesnÔÇÖt matter. I am getting a 15in set!!!
