Lee....you need to ream their shit. Merchant Tire did the same thing to 2 of my dad's wheels, and he fortunately picked it out before he left the lot.
he took the manager out, showed him, and the manager went on to deny he did it. basically my dad just sat him down, and told him that they tore up his rims and he had all day to sit there and listen to his denials, because thing were going to get fixed one way or another. eventually they had them repainted for him.
