You have to be 21 to do it and of course have a valid driver's license. I think they'll have an event in Charlottesville and they'll most likely have one at FedEx field or Sterling BMW. Go to either or both.
I've done this three times and it is always pretty fun. You've gotta sign up early though because the cool stuff gets picked pretty quick. Now that the new 5 and 6 series are available as well as the Z4 this should be a really fun ultimate drive.
Not sure the day of the event, but signup opens for 22801 and 22152 on 18 April 2005.
