If you are evaluating beer, you have to evaluate Liquor as well.

Until i bartend for you guys, and then you wont remember any of it

ha, the few times i saw the bartending skillz in action were the same times i passed out by like midnight

how about parts evaluations too? for instance id like to do a write up on the new wheels/tires i put on my car, and even if people dont go out and buy my exact setup, the lessons i learned from the changes i made could help inform others.
