The absolute best value for a stuntbike hands down is a Honda CBR600 1987-1998. All steel constuction, bulletproof engines and almost complete parts interchangeability through the years. If you dont mind the old school, get a old generation F1 87-90 is badass. I got one for $200 and stunted it for years.
big sprockets are also key. My F1 was great with a 26 tooth increase in the rear.
