Europe release date is 11th of March. It's getting released in a couple of languages. I could probably download it around then... I'm definitely planning on paying for it when it gets released in the US. I bought LFS too. 
edit: I pay for software when I believe I should. MS can go F themselves. Big artists can too. Big money hollywood movies can F themselves too. Small bands, bands that aren't against MP3s, independent movies, small budget (but amazing) games... etc.
