I'd emphasise a few things on that list.
-Suncscreen: Im very white and always burn, even when its cloudy
-Folding chair: Its so nice to sit down and relax when your not working or running
-Water/Gatorade: Especially when it gets warmer out
Just make sure your cars in good working order and your running some good tire pressures, and monitor them throughout the day.
