You guys are completely missing the point of the miata.
The miata has never been a "good deal" when looking at HP or 1/4 mile figures. The car is a roadster. It isnt aimed at the same person that will be looking at a 4 door RX-8, STi or EVO.
This is why my first post said It depends on what you mean by "worth it"
For many, it is. For us, obviously not.
