most of my medical stuff that had me driving more had been an allergy shot build-up phase (2/3 time a week in-person for a shot in each arm for each visit). i'm now on the maintenance phase of the allergy shot regimen (once every 2 weeks for a while), so the miles will slow to accumulate on the R. the preschool isn't too far and the grandparents we don't see often, so not much there either. It's interesting to see the chart/graph of mileage over time when looking at the COVID shutdown and slow opening a couple months later.

Pending the types of vehicles available in a couple years we'll probably replace the wife's wagon with an EV of some kind. i'm waiting to see what kinds of level 2 charging stations are developed and EV charging standards start emerging/changing.

As for used cars i think the lower mileage will definitely help with resale regardless as long as it was still maintained and doesn't have issues. We'll see if people also learn to check the tire date codes for low mileage cars. Granted they weren't on a used car, but I recall buying a set of winter tires from TireRack and referencing the purchase receipt. the tires must've been in the facility for well over 18 months. granted they likely know how to store tires i was a little disappointed to see that.
