strangely they don't seem to be advertising about it, in my case it was an in-store deal only that hadn't been mentioned online or in their adverts. might want to poke around if you're out.
I looked and pretty much all ego stuff in out of stock at homedepot.com, for online order or instore pickup/stock. Things are in stock at Lowes, so looks like it's more about local HD stores clearing out stock on hand.
