especially since now 1/3 of the Supreme Court Justices also worked on the Gore v Bush election dispute (Roberts, Kavanaugh, and now Barrett; the last 2 appointed by the litigious Trump) who favored the conservative party.

i just hope it doesn't come down to litigation... i really hope it's not that close.
