honest question.  anything like that will either die upfront or would never be anything remotely close to this in practical terms as an actual law.  this is Biden simply saying words to rally a base, same as Trump promising to build his Magic Brown Rapists Wall from sea to shining sea.

Well if a SCOTUS Justice who is pro gun gets appointed then I'll honestly stop caring and go away.

What's more, nobody in america is going to vote for joe biden based on gun control, who would have voted for Trump otherwise? Y'all think this is a weird hill to die on? ME TOO. But I'm not the one saying that people ought to be thrown in a cage for a metal box with a spring in it. 

I can only vote on the information I have and all the information I have says "If we the Democrats can pull it off we don't give a fuck what the Constitution says we will do it."

I won't vote for that. Period.
