Over the last year, I've come to the stark conclusion it's way, way lower than I actually thought. Or, at least, way lower under a Republican and/or Trump.
I like the job our D governor is doing, but I loathe the job our progressive city council is doing. If I stopped reading the news, I probably wouldn't even know what the feds are doing these days. That's a really interesting flip, as I never, ever paid attention to local politics before a few years ago and I thought a governor was largely useless before COVID.
