You're right - vote all the GOP out of office.

I mean this is one way to get the proper votes for a constitutional amendment. Seems pretty one sided, semi tyrannical, and not inclusive of everyones opinion... but sure.

Considering said constitutional amendment would need to be approved by the very branch it's looking to amend who was already proven that, even if it's the will of the majority of the country, they will not listen. yeah. That would be the only way.
