To the surprise of precisely nobody, the GOP listened to the overwhelming majority of their constituents and didn't vote to remove the president from office, on a nearly party line vote. Pierre Delecto was the only sheep who strayed, again to the surprise of nobody, but he's got a different group of voters to answer to.

I thought Clicky-pow this article was lovely and levelheaded. You should read it.

Now.... THE IOWA PRIMARY. Boy have i got opinions. Can someone, and I mean this sincerely, explain why the DNC thought it was a good idea to commission software for voting TWO MONTHS AWAY from their primary? Good God, y'all, for all of the focus and spotlight of election integrity why would you do ANYTHING like this?! I honestly can't understand it.

As of right now though, it looks like Mayor Pete and #FeeltheBern are neck and neck and honestly those two wouldn't be the worst ticket for the Dems to choose, especially with Bernie as VP, where he can advocate for all kinds of goofy shit but not actually DO much of anything.

Gonna be another weird year y'all, buckle up.

on Iowa... go to Mayor Petes website and tell me his solutions. Cliff Notes: its to SPEND money, huge government, and the government is the solution to all. And his titles for "areas of action" are really centric but the language in them is much more Bernie. The Mayor is a wolf in sheeps clothing IMHO. at least Bernie is open about his antics.
