How long do you have to cancel FiOS before you are a "new" customer. I asked them about reupping my contract for another two years and they basically told me the best they could do was $20 more for the same (really less because I had free HBO when I started) package. When I said it made no sense, they said it included tons of discounts and I'd be saving so much even though it was worse than the packages they were advertising for new customers. I'm out of contact now and would really like the new style boxes and also my out of contact price went up to their new price right after I talked to them, go figure.
I went with State farm auto and home when we bought our house. Switching auto would mean I'd have to change the home too cause the only way the home is reasonable is when you have auto. Think it dropped it like 30% or something
