I think the old guard Dems and old guard Reps dislike agent orange enough to move him out... the motivation for the Reps would be to get Pence in line for 2020 and have the twitter-sphere go away.

I think you will hate Pence more than agent orange... he's going to push policy you all dislike and give you no twitter ammo.

If this isn't a death blow he's going to ride this win hard... so you are right... sit down, buckle up, and pray.

Pence is by far the worse option between the two. But... he'd only be in office for about a year (ish) and have to deal with the 2020 election. Something tells me his hate for others, shrouded in religion, wouldn't go very far toward being a seriously electable candidate. Hopefully the GOP sees that, although they've been riding the faux-Christianity train for a long time now.
