my issue with water is... historically they knew water was the issue, so the dammed up rivers, cut in irrigation, etc. THEN they allowed their populations to grow, through building permits and all that... that they then ran out of water. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot ....

we looked at getting some land in WY or MT for retirement... we switched to TN because there are no water right on the properties for sale. everyone pays by the gallon and lives on cisterns. Oh and by county, you cant collect rain water...
