*sucks teeth* I'm gonna have to side with DJ on this one. The EJ25 has its issues, but those issues are, for lack of a better word, cultural. The factory tune really does damage the engine, which is not the engine's fault.
plastic gears on your V8's individual throttle bodies (when metal has worked just fantastic for like 100 years) are just a shit-ass design decision, period.
Plastic on your $400 a piece (two) actuator, worse rod bearings than an s54, main bearings like to go as well; and zero fucking torque with atrocious gas mileage.
I would buy a gt350 9 out of 10 times over an e92
