No its not new, nor does it have a warranty. But that all depends on what you want - if its going to look queer, it ought to at least be fast.

I think for a new car, it would be worth it. I used to not give Miatas the time of day, but the spec miata crowd have really impressed me and the thought of a boosted miata with no top kinda turns me on in a creepy automotive sort of way
. I think RJ's idea would be more cost effective though, even if it doesn't have a warranty.
