Y'all can talk about when the cages were built until the cows come home, but they weren't so overfilled people couldn't lie down until your Dreamscicle got in office.

And they werent separating families or overfilling them or telling them to "go back where they came from".  That is a direct result of this administration's policies.  QED.

Family separation was on and off the table often. Overfilling happens because its all coming in waves. Every ICE facility is over filled and has been. My father was in a JAMMED Krom facility in Miami FL during the Obama administration.

Stop being partisan. This shit has been going on for a LONG time by both sides. be upset, but don't be partisan about it.

Pre 9/11 DHS, the entities you know as ICE and CBP were super under funded. They were part of Clintons cuts (and basically any president before him that was trimming the budget) prior to 9/11. They got a little bump after 9/11 when DHS stood up but their budget has been cut yearly (mostly) since.

Agent Orange Dreamsicle is terrible on most accounts. But we need to identify issues, identify solutions, push them to the people that matter. Americans have a lot of work to do as a nation on all sorts of levels. But this stuff is strategic and partisanship doesn't allow a strategic plan to work... that's why we are where we are. in its simplest form "how do we fix X without screwing over Z, A, and W?"
