I think we're on at least two topics now
1) Is it ever OK to say go back where you came from?
2) Is Trump racist?
On point 2, I guess I don't care enough. A lot of people are racist to some degree and many don't know it. I probably am too. I've heard, overlooked, and participated in too many off color jokes, and I don't expect politicians to be perfect either. They (and we) are all biased in some way. I guess my only point is that given our relatively short and brutal history as a country, THIS IS NOTHING.
On #1, I'll have to sleep on it. I honestly don't get it. Almost no-one here came from here, so it's a stupid comment and I don't know why anyone would give it any weight. If someone said to me:
I would laugh. It would ruin my day for .02 seconds. But if that person were a police officer, I would respectfully say "yessir" because I don't want to spend the night in jail knowing our justice system is almost as broken as the rest of the world.

He said that during his travels in the US, he has frequently been told: "If you don't like it, why don't you go back to where you came from?"
