WTB: 20' foot enclosed

Found a few different trailers in my criteria. All of them 6+ hours away. Even questioned 24'... Wouldn't work out with them so I came back to this one I posted before as he is finally getting the title: https://winstonsalem.craigslist.org/tro/...27816.html

A pain in the ass to deal with. From "I have a title" to "I have certificate of origin".... anyway. Guess I'm going to pick it up Friday morning. NC requires a notary for title sign over.... Fucking dumb. Then the same day load the trailer up and drive to NJMP... Fuck, I hope nothing goes wrong and everything is as described. If not, I guess I'm going to have to find a UHaul

I've bought cars from NC and didn't have a notary. Is this true?

Literally only a thing NC cares about is if you sell it...in NC.  I have turned in plates for both vehicles I sold that were registered in NC and sold in VA without needing a notary.
