Just got off the phone with the Acura dealer, they don’t care one bit since it’s all Lithia corporate who pays for these 60day warranties. At the end of the day, Acura of Johnston would take the hit for a buy back instead of having their parent company use their warranty fund to pay for my car to be repaired. Makes sense from a business standpoint, just leaves an awful taste in my mouth of their dealership which unfortunately they don’t care about.

Going to reach out to Lithia corporate and see what can be done, hoping they’ll be more receptive.
