all of my morning footage was more or less worthless due to an external mic failure. the rest was junk due to a shaky mount. ran the final run with the suction mount on the sunroof which seems to be the way to go.
can't really be seen in the video but the car's very neutral midcorner and tailhappy on braking. just a lot of push on exit unfortunately.
anybody else struggling to get the GoPro app to work with older units like a Hero 3+? i can't get the screen preview to work on the pixel2. sucks, because that's the way i normally see how my mounting position is working and would have saved me from finding out later that my external mic was fubar'd. i just took a wild guess that my gopro was looking the right direction and thankfully it worked out.
