Agreed. Why does it matter if you complete your assigned duties in 40, 45 or 38 hours? If the job is complete, the job is complete. Tracking every minute of every day is bullshit. I get that different time can be charged to different projects but they need to factor in breaks, restroom, general bullshitting time.
