There are no stupid questions! I just generally don't appreciate the "this isn't what I expected so it sucks!" attitude from people. Always happy to provide the receipts and encourage attendees to read their emails.
after comp school and licensing stuff from nationals... the hyperfest email and website was easy mode. he's new, he'll get used to it. I'm just giving him grief ... he did survive the great hate and all.
