The tricky bit about Prince is that he's involved in so much secret squirrel shit and he's so useful, there's basically no way he'd go to jail for not "telling congress" he was doing the skunk shit he does every day. Forget he's Betsy Devos's brother, that shit doesn't matter. He's ended African horn piracy, he was the secret fist of the CIA (probably still is) and I'm gonna tell you there's zero% chance of him even sharing the same bathroom as Cohen, much less a prison cell. Michael Cohen was a shitty patsy lawyer, Erik Prince is a fuckin' warlord.
