in case you youngin's in here don't understand the reference - he's dressed up as Boss Hogg from the 80's show Dukes of Hazzard. Who as a character, was basically a cigar chomping, fat, scheming, greedy, unethical commissioner and also generally a bumbling idiot who enjoyed excess in the face of a relatively humble population in Hazzard.

quite a personal declaration to want to identify with that.
