There's a lot of unpack, if you're talking about whether automation is *right* for humans. I don't think we're going to fix the class system we have in place and I'm not sure technological advancement would be possible to stop while we have the market we have. So, really, the question is what should we be doing with it. I think the best way to help, what I see as inevitable, is to influence it in certain directions. For example, equitable access to technologies or using the technologies to lessen the marginalization of the group of humans that speaks to you. I think we have a lot more to gain by automating home address creation for the billions of people in the world that don't exist because they don't have one, than the store clerks who will have unmarketable skills because machine learning too their jobs. Maybe then, the trade skills would make a comeback in this country.
