Copper tee to short run of copper pipe to this although I'd try to find one that has quarter turn on off cause these stupid ones can be finnicky when you turn them on and off. They drip sometimes

That to you're braided line up through floor unless you want to put filter downstairs too then just get another short section of braided line to put filter down there and run long section up through floor.
Not sure any of that will pass code but I don't know that anything will unless you run to a wall box which would be the "right" way to do it.
That's the easiest way if you want to sweat the fitting but don't want to mess around with more fittings than you have to and have the ease of a small flexible line to deal with the the majority of the route
