you're going to sink more of your time going to a bad dealer (multiple times for the same issue) than going to a good dealer who does it right the first time. i understand the inconvenience aspect of going to a different dealer, but i also wouldn't feel bad about going above the dealer's head to make sure that you (as a customer) are covered. The Dealer is going to want to make sure you're good so they don't catch flak from VWoA
