The locks will keep someone from taking the wheels off of your Accord Sport and force them to quickly move on to your neighbor's Accord Sport instead. That's the benefit. 

exactly this.  you're not preventing theft, just buying yourself time.  if somebody wants those wheels, they'll be gone before too long.  

i guess if you wanted to give 1 extra finger to any thieves, use 2 different sets of wheel locks to buy you double the time.
