If the pinch welds are exposed enough, I like to get a 2 or 3 foot section of wood and jack one side of the car up via the weld in the middle of the car, place 2 stands where the jack points on the weld are, then repeat for the other side. It really depends on if there are brake lines / fuel lines or plastic tabs for the side skirts that may get crushed.
