I'm all for a license retest at a certain age. It's a known fact that reaction times slow with age. I have no idea how we as a society have let this go for so long. My wife's grandma is 90 and still driving. She's the biggest hazard on the road I've ever seen and my father in law is reluctant to discuss this with her. I get the loss of Independence thing but it's so dangerous for her and others around her.
