I only use my phone once I leave work and my iPhone goes into night mode at 9pm. Do androids have a setting like that? Then you are covered on all bases.
My Samsung has a blue light filter on a timer... but there are people, like me, who use more than their phone outside of work. So, no, we're not covered on all bases.
Dark mode also saves battery on OLED screens.
