you will find enough people to say that any brand appliance sucks. they are simple devices with pretty faces.

This. Plus it depends on install. People have complained about fridges not working properly only to find out they've crammed it in a space without proper spacing for ventilation or that they bought improper fittings/filters/etc.

We have Samsung Fridge, dishwasher, and range. Whirlpool microwave. All of them have been great so far (about a year now).
