You're going to have to literally scrape the bottom of the barrel in that price range. You may be better off starting with some decent speakers to start. Some good 6x9s in the rear are always a nice addition to (most) cars. Can replace the front door speakers as well. Crutchfield is your friend for sales and very well written install instructions.
