We do have 100% remote employees and flexible WFH policy, but I'm not sure how easy it would be hired into a remote position immediately.
I would leave this trainwreck of a project tomorrow but they made it clear they were really only looking to hire someone 100% remote if they had a shit ton of experience last time.
