Yeah I'm with you there. Before committing to something like that I'd read up on reviews and maybe give them a call to get a better handle on how fast they actually let you go.
Or just sign up for an off-road dirt bike course and let a rip because hey, how could they stop you? Just make sure they have a chopper evac on speed dial.
I'd seriously wanna ride dirt bikes out there but I've got close to zero dirt bike experience so probably not a good idea...
