I don’t think the oil burning engine is that strange of a concept, seems like it would operate in much the same fashion as a 2-stroke engine, which most weedeaters and some push mower engines use, you just don’t have to mix the oil and fuel beforehand.
We’re really happy with the land so far! With the exception of the snake by the fence line we haven’t found any downsides. We had the yard marked for a black chain link fence and they should come and install it in about 2 weeks. Fencing in the whole back of the house and putting 12’ gates on each end, only going to end up being like $3,200.
